We believe in collaboration and value your input throughout the design process. We encourage clients to actively participate in discussions, share their ideas.
What is the timeline for a project of this scope?
A typical project ranges from 8 to 12 weeks, on complexity and response time. This includes Discovery (2 weeks), Iteration (4-6 weeks), and Finalization (2-4 weeks).
What happens if I don't like the initial concepts?
That’s why we iterate! If the initial concepts don’t align with your vision, we’ll revert to the brief, analyze your feedback, and refine or explore new directions.
Who will be my main point of contact project?
You will be a dedicated Project Manager and a Lead Designer. The Project Manager handles all scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
How do you the design meets our strategic goals?
We start defining KPIs (like conversion rates). Throughout the design process, we use these metrics to validate decisions.
